Ernest Gripe Water for the relief of Gastric Pain, Flatulence, Minor Digestive Upset and Teething Discomfort in babies and children.Each 100ml of Ernest Gripe Water contains Sodium Bicarbonate B.P.1.000g and Sodium Citrate B.P.0.050g.The Gripe Water also contains Dill oil, Spearmint oil, Caraway oil, Anise oil and sucrose.
How it works:
Gripe in babies is caused by muscle spasms and excess acid in a baby’s stomach. The acids may cause irritation. The presence of air bubbles in the stomach also makes the muscle of the stomach unable to relax resulting in cramps and spasms.
The oils present in Ernest Gripe Water especially Dill oil warms and relaxes baby’s tummy, breaking down trapped air bubbles. The Sodium Bicarbonate in the formulation also neutralizes the acid in the baby’s tummy. Through this dual action, Ernest Gripe Water is able to provide relief for babies and children.

Contraindications:
Do not use this product on a baby who is sensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned. Do not use after 30 days of opening.
